∎ Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
∎ Perform all duties in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and curricula.
∎ Review and update the curriculum for relevant trends and educational standards.
∎ Monitor and handle student progress and academic performance.
∎ Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (students on warning, probation).
∎ Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.
∎ Seek opportunities for inter-school collaboration and moderation.
∎ Liaise with peers and academic personnel to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Job Context: The School is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Section Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation and administrative functions across the School.
