∎ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall performance.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
∎ Oversee and ensure effective promotional campaigns and events.
∎ Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
