Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
∎ Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and improve sales quality, reducing cancellations and increasing conversions.
∎ Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realisation.
∎ Analyse market trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for top management.
∎ Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
∎ Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention.
∎ Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in the market.
∎ Mentor and build a high-performing sales team through training and performance monitoring.
∎ Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
