Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, especially in Telecom, VoIP, SMS, or IT Solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, EEE, CSE, or a related field.
Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of IP Telephony, A2P SMS platform, and enterprise IT/communication solutions.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both English and Bengali (written & spoken).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our IPTSP, A2P SMS, and Call Center solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in telecom or IT solution sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and onboard new corporate clients for IPTSP (IP Telephony), A2P SMS, and Call Center solutions.
Promote Bulk SMS (Masking/Non-Masking), voice broadcast, press-1 campaigns, and integrated SMS + Voice platforms.
Present and sell Call Center Solutions, including IP PBX, CRM integration, Auto Dialer, and IVR features.
Understand and explain the technical flow of SMS delivery, including routing, masking, DLR reports, and regulatory compliance.
Offer and promote Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Solutions with cloud-based monitoring.
Prepare customized presentations, quotations, and proposals for both public and private sector clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to arrange product demos, deployment plans, and post-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain client communication using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and participate in pricing strategy discussions.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports.
