Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is for working 5 years in a foreign country. They can work and extend contracts for up to 10 years.
∎ Initially, the candidate has to be involved in Field Sales to get accustomed to the selling culture of the country.
∎ The Candidate must be able to drive a Motorcycle and visit shops/markets personally to get involved in order collection/sales, and customer handling.
∎ After the initial integration and adaptation period of 6 months, the candidate needs to be able to take command of the sales team and operate the team to achieve the sales target given by the company.
∎ The candidate must be able to prepare sales reports, understand sales data and plan sales development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be able to do sales personally, manage a sales team and lead the sales team when given the responsibility.
∎ The candidate must be able to drive a motorcycle. With proven experience in driving. Car driving is an added qualification.
∎ Candidate must have a Valid Passport and must have police clearance for a foreign transfer.
∎ The Candidate must be physically fit and hard-working.
∎ The candidate must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, team management skills, and selling skills.
∎ The candidate must have basic computer skills.
∎ The candidate must be flexible about working in different departments to assist and learn about the company about business.
∎ Weekly 6 days’ work. Sunday is Holiday. The work hour is 10 hours. (from 8.30 am – 6.30 pm) with 1 hour for the Lunch break.
∎ Recruitment will be done in Company’s Dhaka Office.
∎ A licensed Recruiting Agent will handle the overseas recruitment.
∎ The candidate must pass a medical and health examination to qualify for overseas recruitment.
∎ The Overseas Recruitment process will take 2-3 months to complete upon confirmation of the job. (To arrange visa and related work)
∎ Each selected candidate has to give a deposit of 400,000 taka as a security deposit.
∎ The deposit will be refunded to the employee in full on a periodical basis. (6600 takas per month rate over 60 months from starting work in the overseas location).
∎ This deposit will be forfeited if a candidate decides to terminate their contract before completing the tenure of the job contract. Or if the company decides to terminate the job contract due to a violation of local law and the company’s policy.
Salary:
∎ Attractive Salary and Benefits package for a suitable candidate. (60,000-80,000 taka starting salary, negotiable as per expertise).
