We connect brands with target customers, deliver highly effective results. We help advertisers spend their money more efficiently and effectively across thousands of creator channels in areas like fashion & beauty, tech, video games, cooking, automotive, travel and luxury and more.
∎ After acquiring user experience from the pilot project, we have started up-gradation with the latest interesting features. In order to be one of the lead contributors in Bangladesh market, we are going to expand operation team along with a hungry sales force.
∎ Fanfare is seeking for sale executives to expedite Fanfare`s sales efforts and initiatives in Bangladesh. This individual`s primary responsibility will be lead generation and securing new business opportunities with major local and International companies for their advertising and marketing needs. This individual should have a solid understanding of digital advertising and be able to achieve sales goals and objectives while identifying new opportunities and sales pipelines. An ideal candidate must be a quick learner who is willing to learn, has strong communication skills, and likes working in a fast-paced, growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand on-boarding for Fanfare app.
∎ Online/offline Campaign and Sponsorship selling to a Brand.
∎ Revenue generate from contents uploaded by users in app.
∎ Selling Traffic, Conversion, Partnership, Content & Brand Awareness for Social Media Channels.
∎ Tap on existing relationships with agencies and brands/brand owners to generate sales.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Cold-calls, door to door corporate client visits.
∎ Following up existing clients for up sales, repeated sales & after sales services.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
∎ Assist sales manager in all aspect of sales activities to achieve business goal.
∎ Meet assigned daily, weekly, monthly KPIs.
∎ Report quantifiable deliverables and ensure their productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of the local market's digital advertising sales process and space.
∎ Successful track record in sales, preferably in the digital advertising sector, otherwise in the traditional advertising industry involving selling advertising to clients.
∎ Over 2 years of experience in the Media Sales and Advertising industry, involving advertising campaign management.
∎ Strong understanding of social media, Influencers, content creators and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem (including media, operations, analytics).
∎ Excellent English Skills
∎ Essential skills to look for:
∎ Effective communicator with excellent leadership skills.
∎ Proven sales management skills and ability to produce results.
∎ Should have his/her clients' portfolio.
∎ Knowledge of current trends in the local social media space.
∎ Ability to interact with clients and employees on all levels.
∎ Ambitious and hungry to advance his/her career. Aggressive yet refined approach to Sales.
∎ Preferably an extroverted person who loves to interact with people and have the confidence to establish and build relationships with various brands and their decision makers.
