∎ eSmart.com.bd, a leading B2B eCommerce platform in Bangladesh, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, nurturing vendor relationships, and driving business growth in the vibrant B2B commerce sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all inbound calls from customers and vendors, delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
∎ Respond to customer emails and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect a high level of professionalism.
∎ Proactively identify and onboard new vendors, conducting market research to source innovative products aligning with our business objectives.
∎ Maintain customer data and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
∎ Initiate outbound calls to customers, guiding them in finding desired products and providing support throughout the purchasing process.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favourable terms and pricing to enhance our product offerings and competitiveness.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute new marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to identify target audiences and drive customer engagement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
∎ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve targets.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, and possess an assertive selling attitude.
∎ Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, web browsing).
