∎ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
∎ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conquest Impex is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Eskaton, Dhaka.
∎ The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the sale of motorcycle spare parts and lubricants.
∎ This role requires a blend of office and field-based activities, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for the right individual.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify potential clients and build relationships to grow the business.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the motorcycle spare parts and lubricant sectors.
∎ Present and promote products to prospective customers.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote Conquest Impex.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 BDT, based on experience.
∎ Yearly 2 bonuses.
