Educational Requirements:
∎ MPH/ Masters in social science (economics, statistics, data science, anthropology, social science) and at least one journal article published in a peer-reviewed journal (authorship in any order) + at least 2 years of experience in the research field. OR Bachelors in Social Science and 1 journal article published in a peer-reviewed journal with 3 years of experience in the research field.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Senior Research Associate to support two projects on digital health with a focus on SRHR. Details of the position are stated below. The SRA will directly report to the PI and Co-PIs of the projects. Details of the position are stated below:
∎ Contract Period: One year (expected to start as early as possible from November 2022, with the possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and assist the supervisor in the management of the research project.
∎ Conduct literature review, design data collection instruments, and conduct primary surveys (quantitative/qualitative).
∎ Contribute heavily to academic writing and collaborate with supervisor to produce scientific articles, reports, and other materials
∎ Use at least one statistical software (STATA, R)
∎ Managing a demanding workload (several concurrent projects)
∎ Effectively manage and mentor junior researchers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work well individually and in complex team environments

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commensurate with experience and qualification.
