∎ Masters/Honors in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Enterprise, SME
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly action plan at the beginning of the months and achieved as per the target (Purpose of borrower's selection, membership increase, loan disbursement, savings collection, OD collection etc.).
∎ Selecting the right borrowers by visiting their house, cross verify the mortgaged premises, collecting proper information from the neighbors.
∎ Physical verification of project and legal ownership of the project.
∎ Oversee the guarantor following the selection process and completing all the procedures related to the loan.
∎ Ensure loan instalment as the schedule date
∎ Regular borrower's follow-up.
∎ Follow up current loan scheme.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

Salary: Tk. 28950 - 33950 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ Increment Opportunity (PF and Gratuity will be availed after confirmation)
∎ Salary range after confirmation: TK 31950 - 37950
