∎ Masters in Social Science /Development Science etc. MPH Preference. Field level work experience will be given preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall field level activity management and implementation of the project "Comprehensive SRH(UNFPA) Services to the marginalized population through Research, Training and Management (RTM) International in Cox's bazar district
∎ Approve all local expenditure and getting approval of Dhaka office as per the financial guideline.
∎ Assurance of quality of services provided under the project.
∎ Support policy level activities involving stakeholders.
∎ Develop and ensure work plan implementation in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring compliance of contractual obligations with UNFPA, UNHCR and other stakeholders as would be necessary
∎ Coordination with GoB and other NGOs.
∎ Coordination with the UN agencies and development partners.
∎ Close supervision and monitoring of the project activities.
∎ Attend meetings with RRRC/DC/Civil Surgeon/DDFP/UNFPA/UNHCR/ UNFPA or other donor agencies and also to attend the Inter Agency Meetings.
∎ Hold monthly staff meetings for activity evaluation and action plan development for timely implementation of project activities.
∎ Hold need based emergency staff meeting to resolve any critical issue.
∎ Ensuring timely submission of programs/activity reports to donor's office and RTM Dhaka office.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority
