Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hybrid rice seed production area selection, block selection, contract farmers selection and agreement with proper pricing terms and condition along with train up them for quality rice seed production
∎ Assure quality hybrid rice seed production by managing all the aspects of land preparation, seed sowing, seedling preparation intercultural operation, seed quality assurance proper management during harvesting and post harvesting time.
∎ Prepare yearly budget aligning with target hybrid rice seed production for financial allocation
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all the production related issues
∎ Coordinate with field colleague, head office, agriculture office, seed certification agency for production related issues
∎ Prepare monthly management report
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 years practical experience in hybrid rice seed production
∎ Sound technical knowledge in hybrid rice seed production
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Willingness to travel extensively and work in field level
