Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior Program Managers in the Development Cooperation Team work with a high degree of autonomy and initiative to ensure that Australia's strategic objectives are achieved and development results are delivered through our partnerships. Senior Program Managers report to the First Secretary (Development Cooperation). Travel and some work in non-standard hours is involved.
∎ Under limited direction, this position leads on Australia's engagement in the primary education and skills development sectors. Senior Program Managers are required to work in a flexible manner in a small team. As Australia responds to Bangladesh's changing development landscape, areas of responsibility may change over time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of eight years of professional experience in program management, preferably in a development context
∎ Excellent English and Bengali communication skills (written, spoken and comprehension)

Salary: Tk. 148860 (Monthly)
