∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD Gerber software, Pattern making
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern and Marker Making in CAD (Using GERBER Software for OUTERWEAR.) according to buyer requirement
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Should have decent experience in woven (Outerwear) and knits.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and effective efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.
∎ For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling in a timely manner to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
