Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibility of this position is to ensure materials stock including materials quality, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition.
∎ Managing of all incoming and outgoing materials delivery of store.
∎ Preparing and generating PR (Purchase Requirement) to the software as organizational demand.
∎ Issuing materials as per MRR and maintain the store ledger.
∎ Check and maintain daily stock position and stock level.
∎ Prepare Product wise monthly statement and as and when required.
∎ Receiving materials as well as confirm their quality and quantity.
∎ Store and preserve materials in such a manner to locate easily.
∎ Yearly and monthly inventory reconciliation.
∎ To receive & deliver materials properly as per documents.
∎ To conduct monthly physical inventory.
∎ To reconcile and update reports with production department.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition. Overseeing and monitoring all activities of Store & inventory department to face audit and exporter.
∎ Any other Store & inventory-related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Store/ inventory.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in hospital 'stores & Inventory' management.
