Job Responsibilities:
∎ Campaign Execution related issues:
∎ Route Planning:
∎ Making tentative route plan for the entire base of the outlets
∎ Discarding the outlets from the routes once final list is provided
∎ Analysing QR requirement of the campaign outlets properly and provide production request accordingly
∎ PR calculation for campaign execution in discussion with supply chain & provide to Production team
∎ Vehicle requirement calculation and alignment with admin, agency & Warehouse
∎ Preparation of execution brief in Bangla on time and communication to agency and regional team accordingly
∎ Right time campaign POSM allocation to WH and follow up with WH
∎ Receiving status of campaign POSM from WH
∎ Execution status of POSM & share with the respective stakeholders
∎ Following up campaign execution
∎ Making sure to complete execution within timeline’
∎ Merchant Agency Operation:
∎ Nationwide Field Force Agency operation
∎ Day to day merchandising operation follow up
∎ Troubleshooting
∎ Merchant QR Management: Update entire channel regarding QR dispatch on weekly basis in case of regular QR delivery
∎ Merchant Validation Management: Receiving validation list on the assigned date from sales operations and get white listing number & distribution house tagging and ensure production schedule aligned with production team. Maintain a log on which date to receive which lot of QR at WH end
∎ Preparation of monthly allocation of regular and business emergency logistics items for the following month and provide dispatch request to WH
∎ Provide POSM requirement to production team upon the stock update (both regional and WH) prior to the dispatch request of these items to regions
∎ Various Report generation
