Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a strategic budget of whole year of five outlet
∎ Making Annual, quarter and monthly budget.
∎ Motivate & Counseling as needed to achieve performance the subordinate.
∎ Team coordination meeting.
∎ Creating sales opportunities to achieve the sales target as per budget
∎ Daily ,Monthly & quarterly report prepare & submit to top management .
∎ New market area ,new product develop
∎ Continue monitoring and activities to grow sales volume.
∎ Planning the sales target for next day of every showroom.
∎ Smooth Communication with customer to maintain good relationship.
∎ Ensure delivery all the products when required of sales team.
∎ Repair timely all showrooms when required(repairing And maintenance)
