Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
∎ Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
∎ Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and features.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools/platforms.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
∎ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
