Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have BBA/ MBA or B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting/ Finance or any other relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify the different bills and vouchers and prepare the cheque against bills of suppliers’ after deducting withholding Tax & VAT as per ITO; Deposit it to Government’s Treasury through Challan
∎ Prepare monthly salary statement and submit to Bank for salary transfer
∎ Entry the accurate data in ERP for smooth daily transactions
∎ Collect customer reconciliation
∎ Post daily challan and cash or bank received in Tally Accounting Software
∎ Check daily Journal voucher and daily Bank received voucher in Tally Accounting Software with delivery sheet and daily collection sheet
∎ Collect budget related information and accumulate all the data
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age and education may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Knowledge on financial and accounting procedures, financial regulations
∎ Experience to use financial different software
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ This post requires good analytical, problem-solving, numerical, time management skills
∎ Able to work with maintain a strong ethics; manage confidential data
∎ Able to work under stress situation
