∎ Good understanding of VAT laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable laws.
∎ Maintain VAT-related registers (e.g., purchase and sales registers).
∎ Ensure proper documentation of VAT invoices, challans, and other supporting documents.
∎ Coordinate VAT audits and respond to VAT-related queries from regulatory authorities.Accounts Management
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate factory accounts, including daily transaction records.
∎ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
∎ Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.Assist in cost analysis and budgeting activities as needed.Record Keeping & Coordination
∎ Ensure timely recording and updating of financial data in the ERP system.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any VAT and accounts-related discrepancies.
∎ Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
∎ Job Context:Premiaflex Plastics Limited is a growth oriented company of flexible packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh, supplying quality printed flexible packaging material using fully automated Flexo CI and Roto Gravure Printing technologies for various forms of laminates with foil, film and paper.
