∎ The candidate need to Lead Audit Team and perform audit related job activities of the Garments Sector under the supervision of the department head.
∎ At least 5-7 years experience in Audit Department in Knit composite garments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check monthly salary sheet, wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees of the group.
∎ Ensures auditing increment sheet, Confirmation Sheet, workers recruitment sheet verification.
∎ Verification payments of extra duty, Staff Holiday allowances, and Night allowances etc. with attendance Card & register Book.
∎ Verifies different types of Bills (Transport, Accessories, conveyance, electrical, mechanical, Mobile bill, firefighting, maternity benefit, workers final settlement, Daily Tiffin bill, Daily Lobar bill)
∎ Check all kind daily local purchase bills, check voucher, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher or any others documents as per company policy.
∎ Report monthly on the comparison on previous and present purchase rate.
∎ Conduct regular physically market survey for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, materials, prepares report.
∎ To check inventory and physical verification of stock & store in regular basis.
∎ Assist top management to take action against discrepancies observed in the physical verification report.
∎ Monitoring Buyer & LC wise inventory record.
∎ Monitoring Buyer & LC wise yarn, fabric & Dyes Chemical consumption.
∎ Buyer & LC wise shipment monitoring as per shipment projection schedule.
∎ Buyer & LC wise material consumption variance analysis.
∎ Job wise labor & machine hour consumption analysis.
∎ Daily patty cash reconciliation.
∎ Keeping necessary papers & maintaining records regularly.
∎ Perform any job as assigned by authority.
