∎ Sound Knowledge on QuickBooks Software in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge on QuickBooks Software implementation is preferable.
∎ Good at Microsoft Office.

∎ A well reputed Company is looking to get application from some potential candidates for their 100% knit Manufacturing Unit. ∎ Prepare quarterly and yearly Financial Reports.
∎ Monitor Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Inventory using QuickBooks.
∎ Monitor proper records of all business transactions as per Company requirements.
∎ Proper documentation and filing maintenance of all bill vouchers.
∎ Monitor all kinds of vouchers (GR / IR) in QuickBooks on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor all kinds of expenses based on the yearly budget.
∎ Closely monitor ageing schedule.
∎ Cooperating with Auditors in preparing Internal and External Audit Reports.
∎ Recommending Financial Actions by Analyzing Accounting Options.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Tax, VAT, and other regulatory reporting issues.
∎ Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures for the Factory & Head Office.
∎ Verifying monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
