Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in MIS, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design a compatible MIS system (including automated process for brief reporting)
∎ Design MEL tools and test into the system, continuously work for further improvement
∎ Contribute to data collection, storage and analyses.
∎ Ensure quality of data collection, data management and processing
∎ Support MEL team of the project and work closely with partners' M&E staff.
∎ Support field office to run an effective and integrated MIS system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Masters in MIS, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant discipline
∎ Sound command other statistical software such MS Access, STRATA, SPSS and MS Excel.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in the similar position in reputed NGO
∎ Excellent drafting skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 58000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Gross BDT 58,000 to BDT 70,000 and other benefits i.e. Festival Bonus, Gratuity, PF, Insurance coverage as per organisation policy, subject to qualification and experiences.
