Job Purpose
This position supports the design and delivery of high-quality IT-sector skills training at BRAC-ISD, ensuring learners gain industry-relevant, marketable, and employable digital competencies that enhance their job readiness, career progression, and alignment with current and emerging workforce demands.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality graphic design and freelancing training by providing hands-on instruction on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and practical projects, including branding, print, UI/UX, and mobile app design.
Conduct IT Support Service (Hardware & Software) training by teaching basic computer hardware, troubleshooting, and MS Office applications for workplace readiness.
Develop and update competency-based learning materials by preparing course curricula, session plans, lesson plans, and trainee progress tracking tools.
Implement competency-based assessments by conducting formative and summative evaluations to measure skill development and learning outcomes.
Ensure learner attendance, discipline, and course completion by monitoring participation, punctuality, and training engagement.
Maintain professional training center operations and compliance by ensuring accountability, transparency, and adherence to BRAC values, SDP, Decent Work, and Social Inclusion guidelines.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Graphics Design / Bachelor’s in any discipline with certification and experience in graphics design and freelancing.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in conducting training and developing modules for IT courses. Working experience with freelancing projects will be an added advantage.
