Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree in Accounting from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper recording of fixed assets
∎ Monitor fixed asset module and general ledger through reconciling fixed assets
∎ Ensure calculation of depreciation expenses and prepare consolidated fixed asset schedule timely
∎ Carry out physical verification of fixed asset periodically and prepare write off note
∎ Monitor and reconcile fixed asset movement in Head Office and Outlets as per SOP
∎ Provide accounting, billing & Inventory control support in Head Office and SBU’s
∎ Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in fixed assets management, billing, and inventory control
∎ CA (CC) / ACCA / CMA partly qualified will be an added advantages
∎ Knowledge of fixed asset management and automated financial and accounting reporting systems
∎ Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT, Treasury
∎ Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
∎ Good understanding of business operation processes
