Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare C&F and Buyer documents
∎ Handle export procedure of all buyers
∎ Prepare commercial invoices and update in ERP.
∎ Preserve hard & soft copies of commercial data for future reference.
∎ Prepare report, as per management requirement.
∎ Preparing bills of lading and commercial invoices
∎ Negotiating settlement of customs duties, taxes, and fines with government
∎ officials .
∎ Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that export
∎ documentation is completed properly.
