Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform research on current social media trends and audience preferences
∎ Assist the department head in designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
∎ Set specific objectives and report on ROI
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
∎ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
∎ Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and creative to ensure brand consistency
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
∎ Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Have strong negotiation skills
∎ Have experience in sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
∎ Have the tenacity to develop ideas independently, the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
∎ Have the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder terms
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the profile of the candidate, remuneration will be offered.
