∎ Bachelor or Masters from any reputed university (preferable major in Journalism & Media studies)

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, including best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail creation
∎ Ensure the quality and accuracy of all content
∎ Conduct thorough fact-checking to verify the accuracy of information in articles and stories
∎ Plan and coordinate news coverage, including story selection and prioritization
∎ Generate new stories, develop story treatments, rewrite and proof read news and features
∎ Maintain and update an editorial calendar and monitor portal status
∎ Prepare special reports and features for both portal and digital media platforms
∎ Foster the development of the content team through training and guidance
∎ Collaborate closely with desk members and shift managers to ensure adequate news coverage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in related job field (media industry will be preferred)
∎ Knowledge on Online journalism, Social media management, and Social media community guidelines
∎ Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role
∎ Comprehensive understanding on industry safety standards; Legal issues, Ethics of journalism, and Social Media Community guideline
∎ Strong Communication and negotiation skills
