Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain assignment schedule and coordinate with other reporters accurately and within the specific time frame.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to facilitate reports and ensure cameras, tripods, and vehicles for each assignment group.
∎ Ensure overall stationery and resource requirements for the newsroom and reporters.
∎ Identify the scope of re-designing the existing processes or systems to reduce cost and improve productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ Be pro-active, confident, and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Have excellent MS Office skills
Salary:
