Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator,AutoCAD,Graphic Design
Additional Requirements:
-Strong drawing, sketching, and concept development skills.
-Good understanding of color theory, ceramic materials, glazes, and finishing techniques.
-Creativity, innovation mindset, and strong aesthetic sense.Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD (preferred).
-Effective communication skills.
-Ability to handle design-to-production challenges.
-Portfolio of previous design work is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop creative, functional, and market-ready ceramic product designs.
Prepare concept sketches, 2D/3D drawings, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Work with color palettes, glazes, ceramic materials, and finishing details.
Conduct trend research to introduce modern and innovative design concepts.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth design-to-manufacturing execution.
Propose new product ideas and seasonal/regular design variations.
Ensure accuracy in artworks, patterns, color matching, and material selections.
