Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Sr Merchandiser, you manage offers and handle order follow-up for a group of suppliers and actively contribute to global organization efficiency. You guarantee on time delivery and quality of orders as per Auchan requirement.
∎ Main Responsibilities:
∎ As Sr Merchandiser you keep a constant watch on the market to give the right sourcing answer to buyers' needs. As such, you understand, analyze and identify new potential suppliers.
∎ You monitor and develop Auchan supplier's basis through close communication, coaching and assessment.
∎ Thanks to your technical knowledge, you understand buyer request and act accordingly from development to shipment.
∎ You monitor closely the orders follow-up through a close communication with suppliers and buyers in order to ensure on time delivery.
∎ You share with Quality Department all information needed for the different type of inspection.
∎ You possess negotiation skills and cost breakdown technique to reach buyer target.
∎ You support your team by given appropriate coaching.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proper IT knowledge
∎ Experience in Buying House or Liaison office
∎ Good reading and writing English
∎ Product knowledge
∎ Supplier basis management knowledge
∎ Sourcing technique knowledge
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Cost breakdown Technic
