∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect order from prominent Garments & Buying Houses
∎ Have to be handled total order from production to shipment
∎ Have to be solved any problem in Garments & Buying Houses
∎ Coordinate with knitting, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality & Cutting
∎ Derive the monthly production requirement for in house fabric and washing capacity from the fabric's production plan and update concerns accordingly.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers' deadlines.
∎ Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.
∎ Have to be shown strong knowledge in T/C, T/R, T/C Herring Bone, Cotton Herring Bone, Sheeting, Poplin, Taffeta, Voile, Georgette, Mesh, Chambray, T/C Twill, Cotton Twill, T/C Canvas, Cotton Canvas, Ribstop, Yarn Dyeingetc fabrics

∎ Production of Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, Store, Quality & Cutting
∎ ORGANIZATION:

∎ Garments& Buying Houses
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (dyeing, finishing, quality & Fabric Planning).
∎ Knowledge of production process.
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/machinery.
∎ Planning and analytical skill.
∎ Capability on Communication & Collaboration.
∎ Must have critical thinking & Problem solving ability.
∎ Able to Lead people, Planning & Organizing.
