•⁠ ⁠Up to date knowledge on equipment/machinery.

•⁠ ⁠Planning and analytical skill.

•⁠ ⁠Capability on Communication & Collaboration.

•⁠ ⁠Must have critical thinking & Problem solving ability.

•⁠ ⁠Able to Lead people, Planning & Organizing.

•⁠ ⁠Collect order from prominent Garments & Buying Houses

•⁠ ⁠Have to be handled total order from production to shipment

•⁠ ⁠Have to be solved any problem in Garments & Buying Houses

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with knitting, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality & Cutting

•⁠ ⁠Derive the monthly production requirement for in house fabric and washing capacity from the fabric’s production plan and update concerns accordingly.

•⁠ ⁠Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers’ deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.

•⁠ ⁠Have to be shown strong knowledge in T/C, T/R, T/C Herring Bone, Cotton Herring Bone, Sheeting, Poplin, Taffeta, Voile, Georgette, Mesh, Chambray, T/C Twill, Cotton Twill, T/C Canvas, Cotton Canvas, Ribstop, Yarn Dyeingetc fabrics
