Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling real estate properties and shares of land.
• Sell residential and commercial properties as well as fractional land ownership (land shares) with clear value propositions.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
• Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
