Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the ability to move all around the Country for Marketing/Distribution/Purchasing order and Advertising.
∎ Should have the ability and be responsible for market due collection.
∎ Should have the ability to achieve the target of goods needed to ship each week.
∎ Should have the ability to gain new customers and increase the volume of goods gradually in a continuous process.
∎ Should have knowledge about Present Market situation and Competitor analysis.
∎ Responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of the company's products in assigned territory.
∎ Should meet the demand of monthly sales target through the company's rule.
∎ Maintain & monitor marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Maintaining the sales-marketing report.
∎ Implementing all kinds of trade offer, consumer offer & various promotional activities run by the company.
∎ Planning and Coordination on Sales and marketing activities.
∎ Preparation of BOQ (Billing of Quantity) and Price Offer.
∎ Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under any pressurized situation.
∎ Following up new business opportunities.
∎ Directing the company staff to proper marketing approach to gain high volume of goods and to get more purchasing order.
∎ Visit every potential market for Door to Door and purchase orders.
∎ Conduct market surveys and data collection.
∎ Run the staff force with the settled marketing target by the company.
∎ In depth Market visit on a daily basis to improve regular gain of new potential customers.
∎ The Employee must have the flexibility to work under any circumstances.
∎ Minimum 5-10 years of experience and working with whole Bangladesh territory is a must.
∎ Candidate's background will be checked thoroughly with proper rules.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
