∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and ability to initiate Business plan and to achieve the yearly targeted growth.
∎ Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Nationwide sales mapping for the entire sales team.
∎ Managing, monitoring & supervising sales forces & performance and monthly reporting of sales performance.
∎ Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and make plans to determine business effectiveness.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed.
∎ Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales plans.
∎ Organize Monthly Regional & National Sales Meeting.
∎ Prepare Annual Business Budget and Prepare Distributors Commission policy.
∎ Build up excellent business relationship with traders & users.
∎ To ensure effective and smooth distribution by maintain a number of distributors.
∎ To ensure 100% lifting plan & Secondary and consequent Business growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the similar industry whereas at least 03 years as Senior Manger Sales is recommended
∎ Strong communication skill with leadership quality.
