Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC / BA (Pass)
∎ Equivalent to Retired Junior Commissioned Officer From Armed Forces
∎ Skills Required: Security In-charge

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all security matters of factory premises.
∎ Maintain liaison between local law enforcing agencies and Govt. regulatory agencies.
∎ Collect information of other factories of the locality.
∎ Lead and supervise security team members.
∎ Conduct safety and security awareness meeting with security personnel on periodical basis.
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance , overtime day-to-day operation of the security guards
∎ Preparing roster of all security personnel and ensuring on time duty with uniform
∎ Asses the needs of security enhancement for any emergency
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required
∎ Ensure fire and hazard equipment are all in places
∎ Arrange periodical fire drill
∎ Preparing and executing an emergency evacuation plan and arrange the drill accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) in any manufacturing Industry (Civil Organization).
∎ Experienced in any security firm will be prepared
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Fire safety Management, Health and Safety, Security Management
∎ The applicants should be retired JCO / Petti Officer /Warrant Officer/ Senior Warrant Officer from Bangladesh Army / Navy / Air-force.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic
∎ Willing to stay at factory site
∎ Workplace
