Responsibilities & Context: Sales & Team Leadership

• Lead, organize, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.

• Motivate and mentor team members to ensure high performance and strong teamwork.

• Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to build an efficient sales force.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on property sales.

• Collect qualified leads, monitor sales pipelines, and support the sales team for successful closures.

• Innovate new marketing ideas, tools, and customer engagement activities to enhance lead flow.

Customer Relationship & Corporate Communication

• Build strong relationships with professionals, business networks, and potential customers.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a positive office environment and strong team communication.

Reporting

• Submit regular performance reports to management.

Other Responsibilities

• Work closely with Management on strategic sales initiatives.

• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Management.
