Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
MBA/ Master’s degree in Marketing/ Operations (preferred).
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (Bus/ Truck) Sales, Automotive Sales, Business Development, or Fleet/ B2B Sales Operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

To lead and expand our Bus & Specialized Vehicle business operations, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable business expansion in the commercial vehicle segment. Candidates with strong expertise in fleet sales, institutional sales, and business development within the automotive industry will be highly preferred.
Principal Accountability:
Lead Bus & Coach sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Prepare annual sales plans, sales forecasts, and budgets; ensure effective execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and related business KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, educational institutions, government organizations, and business partners.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage fleet, corporate, educational institution, and government sales activities.
Prepare sales strategies, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Support participation in tenders and manage key accounts effectively.
Ensure long-term customer retention and strong business relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports, business analysis, and management updates.
