Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. Branch Management, Customs, Dangerous goods, Code of Conduct, Import rules etc.) within the function.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, opening of L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with L/C opening Bank, C&F Agents, concerned agencies, Shipping companies/agent and insurance company.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import through L/C and T/T.
∎ Preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Truck Receipt, Country of Origin and other certificate).
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g., IRC, ERC, Trade License, Environmental Certificate, Membership Certificate etc.)
∎ Ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from Customs and save additional cost.
∎ Must have Best knowledge about Bond License, Customs,
∎ Must have knowledge about C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Vast knowledge about all activities of Customs Bond, EPB, BTMA. BKMEA, BGMEA,BIDA(BOI), BANK, CUSTOMS HOUSE , VAT, Income tax etc.
∎ Machine Add and Selling permission from Bond.
∎ Issuing Yearly Import permission from Bond.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
