Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify business needs, propose areas of improvement, and kickstart/implement process and/or operational changes.
∎ Conduct market research to support strategic business planning and development.
∎ Work closely with internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams across multiple markets to build, test, and implement new processes, systems, or products.
∎ Performing root-cause analysis of marketplace issues/imbalances and resolving core/underlying issues.
∎ Reaching out to the cross-functional teams about marketplace issues and facilitating timely resolution of the underlying issue.
∎ Cross collaboration with expert teams to identify low performing partners and revisit the partner life cycle to identify problems and possible solutions.
∎ Being the first point of contact for marketplace partners and central stakeholders for performance-related issues and supporting them with in-depth analysis.
∎ Developing structured dashboards and visualizations to enable the operational team to self-diagnose marketplace health issues.
∎ Developing standardized marketplace performance reviews, such as sales funnel performance, marketplace health indicators, etc.
∎ Performing structured experiments in collaboration with partners/merchants to optimize the marketplace performance.
∎ Partner with the accounting team to document and explain movements in cash for the monthly reconciliation process. Optimize reconciliation process to help to close books earlier.
∎ Identify current systems' capabilities and limitations and pioneer new initiatives to drive continuous improvement on systems, reporting methods, and operational processes.
∎ Execute strategy for improving the partner experience throughout their journey with BYSL Global Technology Group and adding new services/capabilities that are important for both the partner and BYSL Global Technology Group.
∎ Be a continuous improvement agent, feeding our internal practice with the insights from field experience.
∎ Train the team so that they develop and use advisory capabilities to guide and offer the partner in a tailored way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years of direct experience working on an online marketplace.
∎ At least 3 years of management experience.
∎ Highly driven and self-motivated with a demonstrated track record in sales, marketing, business development, and operations.
∎ Comfortable with a lead role in a fast-paced, dynamic operating environment with multiple stakeholders.
∎ Excellent client relationship and management skills.
∎ Ability to manage time and priorities across a diverse set of responsibilities.
∎ Ability to navigate within an organization to drive change and execution.
∎ Well organized and structured thinker with an ability to complete sophisticated analysis, build models and oversee the analytical work of others.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly on executive-level briefings.
∎ Expert capabilities in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cloud Applications and ERP.
