Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed university.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of Sweater Jacquard Machine.
∎ Prepare the customer database and make sales improvement plan.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing department.
∎ Play leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sweater Yarn dying or Sweater Jacquard Marketing Experience will get preferences.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required.
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking & result oriented
∎ Should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
∎ Should have good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail etc.) & reporting skills

Salary: Negotiable
