Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experienced in sales of cybersecurity solutions or enterprise IT.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as Infra, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, SIEM, SOAR, IAM, WAF, XDR, Zero Trust, etc.

  • Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and decision-makers in BFSI, telecom, enterprise, and government sectors.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (MS Dynamics/Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) and sales reporting.

  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams on solution design.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, client engagement, solution presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, and negotiations to deal closure

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas or revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure client success and repeat business.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with global sales teams to align strategies for key accounts.

  • Enable and train partners to effectively position and sell cybersecurity solutions.

  • Gather client and market intelligence to feed into product and marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with distributors to ensure coverage, deal registrations, and partner incentives are maximized.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitive insights to leadership.
