∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Administration, ISP, Recruitment & Selection, Travelling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in ISP Company.
∎ Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Takes proper steps for the management of the organization.
∎ Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Conducts HR Audit to the sister concerns.
∎ Ensures timely recruitment (the incumbent must have experience in massive recruitment).
∎ Reports to Apex Management on regular basis.
∎ Travels extensively to monitor and evaluate the performance of the key personnels of 32 branch offices of Saic Group.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong personality.
∎ Proven working experience on the field of Human Resources Management.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Knowledge of HRIS system and databases.
∎ Ability to articulate strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Knowledge on labor law.
∎ Willingness to travel outside Dhaka frequently (At least 10 days in a month).
∎ Able to achieve targets.
