Responsibilities & Context:

Ittehad College of Health Science, Dinajpur (ICHS) & SAIC College of Health Sciences, Rajshahi (SCHS) are sister concerns of Saic Group, committed to providing quality education in the northern region of Bangladesh and offering high-quality allied medical education and training to create skilled healthcare professionals. Affiliated with a public university, it focuses on nursing, medical technology and related health fields to improve patient care. We are seeking a competent and responsible professional for the position of Lecturer – Physiotherapy to join our team.

Major Responsibilities:

· Minimum Class Load is Twenty One (21) per Week.

· Coordinate and guide the Students of the class.

· Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval.

· Counsel the Guardians/ Parents as and when required.

· Organize different Programs (Rally, Campaign, Medical Camps, Cultural Program, Debates etc.).

· Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution.

· Take initiatives against any sort of undisciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students.

· Supervise the Teacher - Parents meeting and Result Day.

· Conduct theoretical & practical classes as per the Syllabus and College requirements.

· Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout.

· Facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff.

· Assist the Department Head as per his/ her needs.

· Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Department Head.

· Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject.

· Positive willingness for Team work.

· To arrange clinical practice and internship for students.

· Any other task as assigned from time to time.
