Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s in related field.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in HR & Compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the sweater industry.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended), HR best practices, and international buyer standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bangla & English.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Leadership skills with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Lead the HR & Compliance department ensuring smooth manpower management and compliance with buyer and legal requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance strategies aligned with labor laws and international buyer codes of conduct.
Monitor factory working conditions, health & safety, fire safety, environment policy (ETP, STP, RO, Solar & Rain Water Harvesting Plant) and worker welfare programs.
Maintain liaison with buyers, auditors, BGMEA, labor office, and other relevant authorities.
Handle recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, and grievance management.
Ensure compliance audit readiness (Social, technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS Social, FCCA, RCS, GOTS, OCS, RWS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).
Lead and guide HR & compliance team to achieve organizational goals.
