• Master’s/Bachelor’s in related field.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in HR & Compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the sweater industry.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended), HR best practices, and international buyer standards.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bangla & English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

• Leadership skills with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lead the HR & Compliance department ensuring smooth manpower management and compliance with buyer and legal requirements.

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance strategies aligned with labor laws and international buyer codes of conduct.

• Monitor factory working conditions, health & safety, fire safety, environment policy (ETP, STP, RO, Solar & Rain Water Harvesting Plant) and worker welfare programs.

• Maintain liaison with buyers, auditors, BGMEA, labor office, and other relevant authorities.

• Handle recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, and grievance management.

• Ensure compliance audit readiness (Social, technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS Social, FCCA, RCS, GOTS, OCS, RWS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).

• Lead and guide HR & compliance team to achieve organizational goals.
