Responsibilities & Context:
1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Coordinate local management and Japanese management.
3. Coordinate OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostic, and support services for optimal patient care
4. Implement, monitor, and improve operational policies, procedures, and SOPs
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies
6. Monitor service quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction levels
7. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
8. Handle patient complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
9. Coordinate with medical, nursing, finance, HR, pharmacy, IT, and support departments
