Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and long-term vision
∎ Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
∎ To effectively integrate financial strategies into management practices, a logical framework grounded in real-world data is indispensable. Additionally, fostering collaboration among all business departments is crucial. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with colleagues.
∎ Encourage to have knowledge of Japanese GAAP.
∎ Strong communication abilities are vital, requiring fluency in English and proficiency in Japanese language (both spoken and written).
