Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have M. Com/ MBA in Accounting with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Professional Certification: Must be qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA from ICAB/ ICMAB/ ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare the annual business plans; prepare yearly budget and project accounts
∎ Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day finance and accounting related activities of Factory
∎ Lead, supervise, check and control various accounts related activities of the Factory
∎ Prepare Financial Statements as per IAS and IFRS
∎ Maintain ERP operation for financial operation
∎ Maintain LC wise landed cost for products, RM and PM
∎ Lead and monitor the VAT management of the organisation
∎ Monitor and calculate the product wise cost and margin
∎ Monitor and control the Production process loss.
∎ Calculate the cost of goods sold, WIP and FG valuation for monthly Accounts
∎ Facilitate and lead the performance reviews of at designed intervals
∎ Maintain standardization, consistency and compliance of accounting policies across each area of Aarong Dairy Factory
∎ Analyse the improvement of process loss
∎ Analyse cost structure of the Business and develop cost reduction objectives for the Factory overhead and distribution overhead
∎ Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic financial statements, costing reports as desired by top management
∎ Ensure proper financial records and proper/timely financial reports to supervisor
∎ Initiate various types of policy for smooth operations of business and ensure the proper control in place
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Age and education may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Knowledge on Planning, Budgeting, Financial Management, Accounts Operations, Project Management, Primary knowledge of Agriculture and Agribusiness, MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel, Power Point etc.), People Management
∎ Experience to use financial different software
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ This post requires good analytical, problem-solving, numerical, time management skills
∎ Able to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
∎ Able to work with maintain a strong ethics; manage confidential data
∎ Able to work under stress situation
