∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Accounts, Accounts Payable Receivable, Cost management Accounting, ERP Softwear, Finance and Banking, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, regulatory reports, proper books of accounts and documents.
∎ Ensure that the books of accounts have been maintained in compliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable.
∎ To act as a financial analyst for a feasibility report.
∎ Maintain documents of Bank & Leasing section, Preparation & preservation statements of liabilities, asset security statement & different type of banking work.
∎ To look after all activities related to IAS, BFRS; IPO accounts, Banks correspondence letters etc.
∎ To be Complete, independent, fluent & quick at any stage of financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance of contractual terms and conditions when financial issues are concerned while making payments to employees, contractors and suppliers.
∎ Collect, analyze and interpret VAT related Government issued SRO and put into practice in regular dealings.
∎ Prepare and update the VAT & Tax related books and register.
∎ Maintain fixed asset record in an appropriate manner.
∎ Monitor advance, receivables and payables.
∎ Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Ensure daily Voucher & Ledger checking.
∎ Any task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
∎ Ability to work in Challenging & Promising Environment and under pressure.
∎ Ability to work hard.
∎ E-mail correspondences and WhatsApp, Internet Browsing and other social communication platforms.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skill.
∎ Good Communication Efficiency in English both in writing and speaking
